Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT tapping is, in my opinion, such a powerful energy technique that really can be life-changing.
I’m a certified EFT Master Practitioner and a member of the Guild of Energists.

In this blog post, I’ve added 7 different EFT Sessions. Some are single EFT scripts and others are a few different EFT scripts on the same topic.
I would love you to bookmark this blog post and come back to it daily. If you do and complete the EFT session for the day I feel very confident you will feel significantly different by the end of the 30 days.
TIP: Even if you don’t think the EFT session relates to you, I encourage you to still do the tapping. Change the wording if you want to. But I’m a firm believer that even if you tap for something that isn’t relevant to you, the energy works its magic. The important thing is EFT is helping your energy to flow. So EFT time is never wasted even if the wording isn’t quite right for you.

Day 1: Stress Release EFT (Please do not skip this one)
I’m starting with the EFT session to release stress for a very good reason. Most of us only pay attention to stress once it starts to impact our health and life.
During my EFT Master Practitioner training, I discovered that tapping on stress was big for releasing all other problems. I’d been tapping to release a problem in my life for ages without any real results. My trainer asked me to tap on stress. He left me to get on with it for around 10 minutes and then asked me to tap on the problem. Almost instantly I felt a shift and over the next few weeks, there were clear signs the problem had gone from my life. It was powerful.
Most of us also STRESS TALK and make problems much bigger than they really are. Tapping on stress before any releasing work is powerful for getting to the real problem quickly.
Day 2: EFT for a Positive Mindset
EFT is great for releasing emotions we don’t want. It’s also great for building up positive emotions and beliefs that feel amazing. Enjoy. I recommend some POSITIVE EFT daily.
Day 3: Self-Love Scripts
Focusing on self-love is one of the best things you can do. Love is a high-vibrating emotion and the more love you feel for yourself and others the more of a match you are to attract wonderful things into your life.
When you feel self-love, life feels better.
Day 4: Affirmations and EFT To Feel Empowered
I love combining affirmations with Emotional Freedom Techniques. When you feel empowered you are able to create a life you love without limitations.
You can use any affirmations that resonate with you with EFT. Just say an affirmation at each point. You can also focus on just one affirmation throughout the entire EFT session.
Day 5: EFT to Feel Worthy
If there are things you want in life but haven’t achieved, this could be a belief that you are not worthy of it. This can often be a hidden and deep-rooted belief that you’re not even aware of.
If you’re thinking of skipping this EFT session, I strongly encourage you to give it a go. This one is powerful for so many people, including myself.
Day 6: EFT To Feel Confident And Amazing
Can you think of a time when you felt confident and amazing? Maybe you can and maybe you can’t. These feelings are powerful and you can get these feelings with the help of EFT tapping.
Day 7: Be Your Best EFT
Yes, be your best. Imagine if you go through life being your best. It’s powerful and life-changing.
