Combining EFT with affirmations for healthy living is incredibly powerful and today, I’ve included 2 EFT scripts to help you build your healthy living lifestyle.
In the first EFT script, I’ve added a new affirmation at each tapping point, and in the quickfire EFT script, I focus on just one affirmation. These are wonderful EFT sessions to do daily to get you feeling really great.

Combining EFT with healthy living affirmations will help to release any resistance, old limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks… and help to raise your vibrations so that you feel really positive.
EFT and Affirmations for Healthy Living
Set up – tapping the side of your hand say – I’m tapping today to create healthy living habits.
- Top of the head – I now choose to live in a healthy way
- Forehead – I enjoy finding healthy meals that I really enjoy
- Eyebrow – I enjoy exercising daily
- Side of the eye – I make sure that I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
- Under the eye – I drink plenty of water throughout the day
- Under the nose – I take great care of my body and my mind
- Under the eye – I now choose healthy snacks
- Collarbone – I eat food that nourishes my body
- Under the arm – I get plenty of sleep and wake up energized
- Side of the thumb – I’m strong and healthy
- Side of index finger – I love every cell in my body
- Side of middle finger – My body and mind are strong and healthy
- Side of ring finger – I eat foods that help me to feel well and healthy
- Side of hand – I love feeling healthy and well
Please note that for those of you who love Pinterest (like me). I have included images for all of the above affirmations somewhere in this post along with special tips for each affirmation.
TIP: As well as combining your affirmations with EFT tapping, I also encourage you to fill your mind with these positive messages throughout the day.
Stick with one affirmation
If there’s a specific affirmation that really resonates with you or if it’s something you really want to work on, you can do several rounds of EFT simply by tapping on the same affirmation. It’s entirely up to you.
Sometimes I will combine just a few affirmations and just keep rotating them over and over as I move through the tapping points.
Now, of course, this is not a magic wand kind of thing but both affirmations and EFT are incredibly powerful.
By taking the time to do this EFT round a few times each day you are clearing resistance and filling your mind with these positive messages which are so important as you are trying to create healthy living habits. You can use any affirmations you want in this way.

As well as your daily EFT tapping for healthy living I want to share a few other tips that I have found helpful as I create a healthier lifestyle for myself.
Meal planning
I like to have a rough but not rigid meal plan for the week. On my meal planner, I list 7 main meals for the week and put a little cross next to the ones that contain fresh food that needs eating earlier in the week.
I tend to eat the same few things for lunches and so I make sure I have those staples in all the time.
I also plan some healthy snacks. If at the start of the day, I know I have some healthy snacks available, I am far less likely to be in the cupboard searching for things that are not so healthy.
Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
We all know the benefits of a healthy diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables. Some diets recommend limiting fruits. Personally, I would rather fill up on healthy fruit over unhealthy alternatives. Fruit is natural and I see it as a real energy food.

Have healthy snacks on hand
I am a snacker and for me personally, it is essential that I have healthy snack options to hand such as fruit, nuts, veggie sticks, boiled egg, small tins of tuna…
If I don’t have healthy snacks available, I will eat all of those things I try to avoid. I don’t ban any foods but I always try to make sure the bulk of my food is healthy.
Choose foods that nourish your body
Choose foods that naturally give you energy and nourish your body. Limit processed and added sugar foods as much as possible.
A question to ask is this… Will my body thank me for this? And will my body feel good after eating this food?
Drink plenty of water
I can’t even begin to tell you how effective drinking a good amount of water is for weight loss and general health. I aim to drink 2 litres of water a day. Some days it’s more and some days it’s less but as a general rule, that’s what I aim for.

Get some exercise daily
Look, I’m not one of those people who love the gym, exercise classes or jumps out of bed each day to go for an early morning jog.
Nope, that’s definitely not me but I do understand how important it is to get some exercise every day. I know that I feel better when I exercise, I have more energy and it helps to keep my weight in check.
Fit exercise into your daily routine. Exercise whenever you have a few minutes throughout the day. It all adds up.
A few challenges that you may like to check out are…
Exercise challenge – 1 hour a day I do this every once in a while to give me a boost
Exercise challenge – 2 hours a day – A slightly more extreme challenge but it’s only for 5 day and you can make it really fun.
Daily workout challenge (some are as short as 7-minutes)
Get plenty of sleep
I know that when I don’t get enough sleep I can’t be bothered with exercising, I’m not so focused on eating healthy and I’m much more likely to pick up colds or feel run down.
Try to make getting 7-8 hours of sleep every night wherever possible. Here are some tips for getting a good night’s sleep.
Take care of your mind
It’s so important to take good care of your mind. Both affirmations and EFT are great for helping to create a positive and healthy mind.
Also, look into things like mindfulness, stress relief, mediations, and hypnosis for healthy living…
Quickfire EFT and affirmation for healthy living
Use the affirmation – Healthy living is natural for me now.
Say this affirmation at each of these tapping points – Top of the head, forehead, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, collarbone (repeat).
