In this Lyrical Host review, I’m focusing specifically on Blog Hosting. I moved 2 blogs to Lyrical host in 2018 and have since created 2 new blogs with the help of Lyrical Host.

Please note that this review is based on WordPress Hosting, and I talk about my own personal experience hosting my own blogs with Lyrical Host.
Just to let you know, I’ve personally been on the Mighty Plan (3 sites) and the Boss Plan (up to 30 sites).

The first thing I’m going to say is that I have never been asked to pay extra for support, etc from Lyrical Host. This is something that happened regularly with a previous hosting company.
Pricing is clear with no hidden extras. You can purchase through Lyrical Host such as courses but no extras for the actual hosting and support. The prices are clear and simple.
Over time, prices do increase slightly, so rather than adding the current prices, you can easily check the prices for the different hosting plans (based on how many blogs you want to host).

Exceptional Support from Lyrical Host
The thing that stands out the most for me, having my blogs with Lyrical Host, is the exceptional support. Prior to being with them, I’ve had times when I’ve been completely stressed and reduced to tears because of a technical problem on my site.
I believe that the support team at Lyrical Host is incredible. I recently changed my theme to Trellis. It’s the theme created by the Mediavine Team (the ad company I use on my biggest blog).
I had an error message on my WordPress dashboard. The problem required a lot of messaging backwards and forward between me, Mediavine and the Lyrical Host support team. Everyone involved put in a lot of work to resolve the problem so that the theme was performing at its best.
I always feel like support is keen to make my life as a Blogger as easy as possible when it comes to hosting and any technical issues that come up.

I’d also like to say that whilst I’ve been blogging for many years, I am not a techie person at all. Sometimes I feel like I’m asking a silly, very basic question, and I always get treated with absolute respect and support.
In the past (with other hosting companies), I have very much felt like a number, and the support was, well… unsupportive. I always feel that Lyrical Host treats me as an individual who matters to them.

Webmail (Email) is included with your domain name
When you purchase a hosting plan with Lyrical Host, you get Email accounts with your blog domain name. For example wendy@lifeandbusinesswithwendy.com
At the time of writing this review, you get 6 free email accounts with the tiny plan (this is the hosting for just 1 blog). The other plans give unlimited email accounts.
Being able to show an email address with the same name as your blog domain looks so much more professional. And if you need more than one option, you have that available with any hosting plan.
Personally, I find the webmail on the actual LH platform quite time-consuming and basic, so I simply forward emails to the email address I prefer to use on a daily basis.
Lyrical Host Review Conclusion
I can 100% recommend Lyrical Host. I’ve been with other hosting in the past, and the difference between the standard of support I receive now is incredible. I believe they go out of their way to provide you with technical support as well as support to make your blog/website as good as it can be.
I also feel like I am a member of a very supportive and genuine blogging community which can be incredibly beneficial.

2022 UPDATE: I sold one of my blogs in 2021, and then Lyrical Host helped me to merge Amora Blogging and my Ideal Weight Challenge blog with this blog. Running 4 blogs was way too overwhelming for me.
