Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT tapping is a great technique for releasing feelings of unworthiness and building your beliefs of worthiness so that you feel worthy.

EFT Tapping and Affirmations for Worthiness
Here are 3 rounds of EFT Tapping to help you feel worthy of the things you want to attract into your life and the things you already have and want to keep.
I’m focusing on the affirmations we used in the AFFIRMATIONS FOR WORTHINESS blog post. I do recommend having a read of this post as it’s got lots of tips you can use to make your affirmations more effective.
Let’s start with a simple set-up statement. State what it is you’re tapping on today. Start tapping the side of your hand and repeat this statement 3 times… I’m tapping today to feel worthy of all the things I want in my life. Take a deep breath in and release. Now let’s get tapping

- Top of the head – I am worthy
- Forehead – I’m worthy of success in all areas of my life
- Eyebrow – I’m worthy
- Side of the eye – I’m always worthy
- Under the eye – I am worthy
- Under the nose – I’m worthy of happiness in all areas of my life
- Under the mouth – I am worthy
- Collarbone – I make a difference in the world
- Under the arm – I am worthy
- Side of the hand – I am always worthy
- Top of the head – I’m a good person
- Forehead – I am worthy
- Eyebrow – I’m confident and strong
- Side of the eye – I am worthy
- Under the eye – My self-esteem is growing stronger every day
- Under the nose – I am worthy
- Under the mouth – I believe in myself
- Collarbone – I am worthy
- Under the arm – I believe in my ability to succeed in all that I do
- Side of the hand – I am worthy
- Top of the head – I am always worthy
- Forehead – I deserve happiness
- Eyebrow – I am worthy
- Side of the eye – I deserve success
- Under the eye – I am worthy
- Under the nose – I am unique
- Under the mouth – I am worthy
- Collarbone – I have unique talents
- Under the arm – I am worthy
- Side of the hand – Every day my self-worth is growing. I am worthy. I am always worthy.
These positive EFT sessions are perfect for daily tapping to really build positive beliefs and feelings that help you to feel more and more worthy of the life you want, the things you want.
Feel more worthy with EFT
This EFT script is super simple yet because it’s so focused it’s incredibly powerful. You will start with this set-up phrase whilst tapping the side of the hand… I’m tapping to feel more worthy. Repeat three times.
- Top of the head – More worthy
- Forehead – More worthy
- Eyebrow – More worthy
- Side of the eye – More worthy
- Under the eye – More worthy
- Under the nose – More worthy
- Under the mouth – More worthy
- Collarbone – More worthy
- Under the arm – More worthy
- Side of the hand – More worthy
I recommend that you do several rounds of this script. If you have the time, go for 15 minutes. Get up and walk around the room, dance around the room as you are tapping. This is a great way to supercharge this EFT session.
TIP: Drink some water before tapping and afterwards as this also helps with the energy flow.
Let go of feelings of unworthiness
If you feel that you have really deep-rooted beliefs of unworthiness, I encourage you to take the time to do some releasing work in this area.
Take your time with this session and really relax your breathing. Try this as a much calmer, slower session.
Start off with a set-up something like this… Even though I have these beliefs that I’m not worthy. I choose now to release those beliefs and allow myself to feel worthy of the things I want in my life. Even though I don’t feel worthy, I’m now choosing to let go of beliefs that don’t serve me well.
- Top of the head – I now release any feelings that I am not worthy
- Forehead – I acknowledge that these are old and unhelpful beliefs
- Eyebrow – I let go of the past and release any feelings that I am not worthy
- Side of the eye – I choose to release any feelings that I am not worthy
- Under the eye – I choose now to forgive anyone who added to this belief that I am not worthy
- Under the nose – I release any feelings that I am not worthy
- Under the mouth – I release any information that told me that I am not worthy
- Collarbone – With every breath I take, I build my feelings of worthiness
- Under the arm – With every breath out, I release any feelings that I am not worthy
- Side of the hand – I am worthy
Repeat this script several times. Rather than rush to do lots of rounds, slow your breathing and take your time. Follow up with the positive EFT sessions given in the first two examples.
