Tips for college students using affirmations
Use affirmations to train your mind the way you want. If you’re currently finding it hard to get into a good routine for revising for a test, you could use the affirmation… Every day I’m getting better and better at sticking to a revision routine that really works for me.
The affirmation doesn’t need to be true for you right now. For example, you may currently feel like your tutors really don’t get you or understand how you learn best.
Instead of focusing on this, try using the affirmation… I have great tutors who genuinely support me in a way that works for me.
By focusing on what you want you are using the power of the law of attraction. Be open to things working out for you the way you want.
Try using EFT tapping to help with your affirmations
Some people tell me that when they use affirmations they feel like a lie. To help with this you can combine your affirmations with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
EFT is a very simple technique where you tap gently on special EFT POINTS. You can read my full EFT-HOW TO TAP GUIDE. It’s super easy to learn and use yourself.
This will help to release resistance to the affirmations and help your subconscious mind accept them as true for you. This will all help and allow these special affirmations to support you through your college years.
