LAW OF ATTRACTION TOP TIPS
Okay, let’s get onto my top tips for using the law of attraction to create the life you want.
Understanding and learning how to deliberately use the law of attraction has completely changed my life. I’d really like to share my top tips for using the law of attraction with you now.
The law of attraction is working in all areas of our lives whether we realize it or not.
Most people are using this power on a kind of default setting. I want you to use the power to deliberately attract the life you really want.

The law of attraction is always working in all areas of our lives – Think of it as a helping hand to help you create a life you love. You do your bit and the universe responds.

1. Get Clear About What You Really Want
Get really clear about what you want. Keep asking why. This will help you get to your core desires. A great question to ask yourself is “If I don’t like/want this then what do I want?”
Also, you don’t have to see the big picture right now. Just start off by focusing on your present situation, the next few hours, the rest of the day, and the rest of the week.

Questions to help you get clear
- What do you want today?
- How do you want to feel?
- How do you want other people to treat you?
- What does my ideal life look like?
- What would my ideal life be like?
- Where would I live? What would my home be like?
- Would I work?
- How would I spend my day?
- What’s my financial situation like?
Use these ideas as a starting point to help you get really clear about the life you want.
2. Write it down
Write down your desires adding emotion. See it, feel it, hear it as if it’s already here. (You could also record your desires by reading them out and recording).
Make it really clear and add plenty of detail.

IDEAL LIFE EXAMPLE
I am so happy living my ideal life. I have my beautiful dream home which is filled with so much love and happiness. It’s a beautiful open-plan home which really allows it to be a very social space that all the family loves and it’s great when friends come around.
I am so happy that my business is so successful and I get to work from home…
I am so happy that I am surrounded by people who love and support me…
3. Enjoy your life
Do things you enjoy. Alan Cohen said “Let joy be your compass”
The more you do things that you enjoy, the more positive you feel and the more positive you feel the easier it becomes to attract the life you desire.
When you focus on spending time right now doing the things you enjoy you put yourself into a natural state to attract more things to enjoy in your life.
People tell me that they don’t have time to do things they enjoy and they will enjoy life when they are successful. This is the wrong way around. To attract the life you want, you need to start enjoying it right now. Be guided by the things you enjoy.

4. Get aligned with the life you want
Consciously and deliberately align your thoughts, words, actions, and feelings so that they are supportive and in harmony with your desires.
If you desire more positive relationships yet you constantly complain about relationships you already have then your thoughts and words are out of alignment with your desires.
If you want people to treat you with respect, start by respecting yourself, then spread that respect out to others and especially to those you maybe don’t on the surface deserve it
If you want to attract more money, start paying real attention to the money you have, treat it with respect and make it want to stick around and for more to come to you.
Be a match for the life you want. And try to create a Create a Law of Attraction Lifestyle for yourself
5. Check your emotions
Keep a check on your emotions. Always reach for the best feeling emotion at any given time. Positive emotions help you to attract your desires.
Our emotions are a strong signal to the universe and the law of attraction is always responding to the way we feel.
The law of attraction doesn’t understand what is good for us or bad for us, it’s just responding to what we’re putting out into the universe.
NOTE: it’s 100% normal to experience negative emotions such as fear, sadness, anger, and frustration… the key is to recognize these emotions and shift your focus to what you want.
A powerful law of attraction question is “If I don’t want this, what do I want?
When you’re expressing a negative emotion such as sadness, you may not be able to change the situation that made you feel sad, but you can shift your focus to what you do want.
If I don’t want to feel sad, what do I want, I want to feel okay (that’s a step up from sadness), I want to feel happier…
6. Ask for guidance
Get quiet. Quiet your mind and ask for guidance and healing. This could be from God, the angels, the Universe… do whatever feels right to you.
Sometimes it’s just too much pressure to have to sort everything out for yourself and you really don’t need to.
One of the first lessons I learned during my training to be a law of attraction practitioner was that it’s not our job to know how things are going to show up in our life – It’s our job to just decide what we want and expect it to show up.
Just give that a go. I know it’s not what most of us have been taught, but do you know what? Most people don’t know about the law of attraction or how it works.
You do now, or at least you’re starting to understand this amazing power. Even if this all seems a bit unreal, just give it a go. Decide what you want and turn it over to the universe, trusting it’s already on the way to you.
7. Visualize What You Want
Spend time seeing and feeling your life as if you have already achieved your desires. Add as much emotion as you possibly can. Make it really clear and detailed.
As a child you may have been told off for daydreaming, well now’s the time to daydream with focus as often as you can.
I recommend that you start your day visualizing the day ahead just the way you want it and your ideal life.
Finish off your day with visualizations as well and do it any time you get a chance too.
Did you know that your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and imagined? The more you fill your mind with visual images of what you want (as if you already have it) the more you naturally become a match for it showing up in your reality.
8. Use affirmations to keep your thoughts positive
Use affirmations to support your desires. If you want to attract more money, create an affirmation that supports this desire. These are positive, present-tense statements.
I highly recommend that you read my HOW TO USE AFFIRMATIONS guide here on the blog. This will really help you make the most of these positive messages.
A few good examples would be:
- I am now easily attracting plenty of money to pay all of my bills and thoroughly enjoy life
- I am enough
- I am building a successful business
- Every day in every way my life gets better and better
- I have all that I need to achieve my goals
Any kind of positive self-talk is powerful. Most of us say negative things to ourselves that we would never dream of saying out loud to anyone else. Make sure that the things you say to yourself are super positive.

Top Tip: Every day, stand in front of the mirror and spend a few minutes saying really positive things to yourself about yourself.
9. Be Grateful
Be grateful for everything positive in your life right now. Think of the people who love and support you, people who help you live your life (shop assistance, the postman, the people who provide internet service for you…) Think of items you use, nature, your family and friends, transport, your home…
Gratitude is your law of attraction superpower. You can shift from negative to positive super quickly by focusing on gratitude.
The more time you focus on gratitude, the more you place yourself in the perfect spot to attract more and more to be grateful for.

10. Clean up your beliefs
Replace or remove negative/limiting beliefs that are acting as blocks, stopping you from achieving your desires.
We all accumulate beliefs as we move through life. Some of these beliefs support us and some actually stand right in the way on our path to realizing our desires.
You will likely find that you will clear some blocks and achieve some of your desires and then find some more blocks that need to be removed or replaced. So please understand that this is an ongoing process.
You can ask the simple question “Is this belief true?” and “Does this belief serve me well now?”
You can also use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to help release negative beliefs – See my EFT videos EFT is super easy to learn for yourself and you can use it at any time you need it.

11. Take actions that match the life you want to manifest
Watch out for that guidance and when you receive it take action. Also, take action to move closer to your desires.
For example: If you want to attract a new house, go house hunting, find the house of your dreams and really get a feel for living in that house. Walk around the neighbourhood where the house is etc.
If you want to have a successful blog, make sure that you’re taking action to support that desire – Learn how to write blog posts, how to promote your blog, best practices and be consistent.
If you want to have a really positive relationship with your kids, make it a priority, and don’t be too busy to pay attention to them.
I recommend that you use goal setting alongside a clear action plan to help create the life you want.
12. Be consistent
The law of attraction is always working so this means you need to be consistent in creating every day.
This doesn’t mean you need to treat it like a daily exercise. I want you to think of deliberately using the law of attraction as a lifestyle. It’s not something you do for ten minutes every morning, it’s a way of life.
Aim to create a life where you are becoming more and more of a match for the life you want.
13. Stay inspired
I always say that when you’re in the process of changing it’s like being on a diet. You know what you’re supposed to eat but doing it alone can be really hard work. Search out people who inspire you.

14. Remember that it’s an ongoing process
Keep filling your mind with law of attraction inspiration and reminders. Old habits and beliefs are often long-held. Go easy on yourself, just keep working on being a match for the life you want.
- Focus on what you want and what you already have that you love
- Keep your thoughts positive
- Work on your feelings and do things that help you feel positive
- Release old, limiting beliefs
- Pay attention to the things you say and the things you do – make sure you’re a match for what you want to attract
