I totally believe that it’s our daily habits that have the biggest impact on the quality of our life.
The law of attraction is constantly working in all areas of your life and therefore building positive daily law of attraction habits will help you to use this power effectively to create the life you want.
The 5 daily law of attraction habits are:
- Focus on what you want
- Be grateful for what you already have
- Communicate with the Universe
- Visualize what you want
- Raise your vibes
Below I’ll talk about each of these habits giving you tips on how to apply these habits in your own life.
1. Focus on what you want
There is a big law of attraction saying that what you focus your attention on is what you attract into your life – WANTED OR NOT. So, you really want to put your attention on what it is you want.
Most of us are really good at focusing on what we don’t want. I’m a natural worrier but as a Law of Attraction Practitioner, I know this is the worse way to focus my attention.
It still happens but when I notice that I’ve got into a cycle of worry thinking, I stop, acknowledge it and ask myself… “If I don’t want this, what do I want?”
Also, I do want to point out that it’s totally natural to have negative thoughts from time to time. Maybe even a lot of the time.
What I don’t want you to do is panic and think that the negative thing you’re thinking about is going to instantly show up.
I also don’t want you to stress about negative thoughts (stress is a very low vibrating emotion). Just notice it and shift your focus.
2. Be grateful for what you already have
Focus on what you already have in your life that you’re grateful for. When you focus on gratitude then you naturally become a match for attracting more and more to be grateful for. Think… ‘Like attracts like’

3. Communicate with the Universe
Let the Universe know what you want throughout the day. Pay attention and when something you like shows up, thank the UNIVERSE.
When something you don’t want shows up, remind the UNIVERSE what it is you want, shift your focus to what you want.
I like to think of the Universe as a forgetful postman – You tell the postman what kind of parcels and letters you want delivering and what you don’t want.
Example, You want all parcels and letters in white but none that are brown. But occasionally the postman will forget and deliver a brown parcel that you don’t want. You simply remind the postman what you do want.
Do the same with the Universe. Let the Universe know clearly what you want. As you go about your day, get into the habit of saying “Yes, I like this, more please.”
When something shows up that you don’t want, say “Hey Universe, this showed up today. What I want is…(state what you want), thanks. Focus on want you want for a good minute or more.
4. Visualize what you want
Visualize yourself already living the life you want and also visualize your day ahead of time, for example, you can make this a part of your morning or evening routine (or both). Think about the day ahead and visualize how you want it to be.
The more you feed these images to your subconscious mind, the easier it will be to actually allow this as your reality.
5. Raise your vibes
You are energy and you are always vibrating. You’re either vibrating positive energy or negative energy.
The best way to monitor this is through the way you feel – Your emotions. When you feel really positive then you are far more able to attract the things you want.
