30 Ways to Raise Your Vibrations

Today I want to share 30 ways for you to raise your vibration but first let’s look at why you should make this a priority in your life.

The law of attraction can only give you what you’re a vibrational match for. You are always vibrating either positive or negative energy. The easiest way for me to explain this is by thinking of positive or negative emotions. Now all emotions are normal.

Imagine for a moment a time when you have felt really sad. This is a low (negative) emotion.

Now imagine a time when you have felt really happy. This is a high (positive) emotion.

Each of these emotions creates a vibration. Think of it a little like the frequency on a radio. Let’s say that the low emotions give you a radio station you don’t like but as you raise your vibrations (improve your energy) you start to really enjoy the radio stations.

The bottom line is that the higher your vibrations the easier it is to attract what you want. The higher your vibration (the better you feel) the more you become a match for the life you want to attract.

We’re aiming for emotions like… joy, happiness, gratitude, laughter, love…

30 Ways To Raise Your Vibrations

  1. Practice Affirmations
  2. Go for a walk
  3. Get some exercise
  4. Sing
  5. Dance
  6. Do some EFT
  7. Buy yourself some flowers
  8. Take a walk around the garden/do some gardening
  9. Read
  10. Take a bath
  11. Phone a friend/meet a friend
  12. Draw or paint or doodle
  13. Visualize
  14. Meditate
  15. Have a nap
  16. Pamper yourself
  17. Drink water
  18. Watch a film (comedy, romance…)
  19. Enjoy essential oils
  20. Hug someone/enjoy a hug back
  21. Tell someone you love them and why
  22. Listen to jokes/tell jokes
  23. Listen to music
  24. Pet an animal
  25. Be playful
  26. Learn something new
  27. Complete a task you’ve been putting off
  28. Have reflexology
  29. Have a massage
  30. Stand in front of a mirror and say I LOVE YOU

These are just ideas and you can make your own list. I encourage you to do this. Below are my top tips to raise your vibration daily.

Daily Raise Your Vibrations Tips

There are countless ways to raise your vibrations. Just basically do things that make you feel positive.

Here’s my own little checklist to help keep your vibrations high every day.

Fill your mind with positive messages

I’m a huge fan of affirmations. Take every opportunity to say positive things to yourself. I encourage you to read my post on How to use Affirmations effectively.

Do some EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques

I encourage daily EFT tapping – If you don’t know what this is, please check out my EFT guide. It’s the most wonderful technique, easy for you to do yourself and great for helping to raise your vibrations.

Daily self-care

Do things to really take care of yourself every day.

  • Get enough sleep
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Get some exercise
  • Pamper yourself (Yes, every day)
  • Eat healthily and mindfully
  • Connect with people (ideally in person, not social media)
  • Dance and sing (or enjoy some time doing something you really enjoy)

Find your own ways to raise your vibrations

I hope you’ve enjoyed my suggestions but I encourage you to find your own ways to raise your vibrations.

Ask yourself “How do I feel?” regularly and then ask “How can I raise my vibrations?”

Try making your own raise your vibrations list of things you personally enjoy.
