Seriously, who doesn’t want more happiness in their life? Even if you’re already a super happy person, there’s always room for a little more happiness.
Today I’ve put together 3 Happiness EFT tapping scripts. The first is to release emotions that stop you from feeling happy. The second is designed to help you raise your happy vibes and the third is to allow in more happiness.
Before we get started, if you’re new to doing EFT with me then I highly recommend that you read my EFT Guide. This guide will help you to really make the most of EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques. It’s so easy to learn (seconds).

EFT Tapping points
The tapping points we are going to use today are listed below. If you have a preferred tapping style (classic EFT, Heart and soul EFT) go with whatever you prefer.
Set up: Tapping the side of the hand
- Top of the head
- Forehead
- Eyebrow
- Side of the eye
- Under the eye
- Under the nose
- Under the mouth
- Collarbone
- Under the arm
- Tap the wrists together
- Side of the hand
Release Happiness Blocks
Whenever you’re trying to increase a specific emotion, it’s a really good idea to start by releasing any blocks that you may have.
In law of attraction terms, if there’s something you are trying to attract into your life and it’s not showing up as much as you’d like then you are resisting it in some way. So, with that in mind, let’s do some tapping to release any blocks and resistance.
First a little breathing exercise. Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out and release any blocks. Repeat 3 times.
Set Up: I’m tapping today to release any blocks to feeling happy. I release any resistance to being happy now.
- Top of the head – I am happy
- Forehead – I release resistance
- Eyebrow – I am happy
- Side of the eye – I release any emotional blocks to happiness
- Under the eye – I am happy
- Under the nose – I release resistance
- Under the mouth – I am happy
- Collarbone – I release any emotional blocks to happiness
- Under the arm – I am happy
- Tap the wrists together – I am happy
- Side of the hand – I am happy
(I recommend that you complete 2-3 rounds of this EFT script).
Happy Vibes Tapping
Now you’ve done some clearing work to release resistance and blocks to being happy, let’s work on raising your happy vibes. For this script, we’re going to use just 2 affirmations and alternate them at each tapping point.
Set up: I welcome in happiness. I feel happier and happier now.
- Top of the head – I welcome in happiness
- Forehead – I feel happier and happier now
- Eyebrow – I welcome in happiness
- Side of the eye – I feel happier and happier now
- Under the eye – I welcome in happiness
- Under the nose – I feel happier and happier now
- Under the mouth – I welcome in happiness
- Collarbone – I feel happier and happier now
- Under the arm – I welcome in happiness
- Tap the wrists together – I feel happier and happier now
- Side of the hand – I welcome in happiness
(continue tapping alternating between the 2 affirmations)
Allow More Happiness
And finally, let’s work on allowing yourself to be happy.
- Top of the head – I allow myself to be happy now
- Forehead – I am happy now
- Eyebrow – I allow myself to be happy now
- Side of the eye – I am happy now
- Under the eye – I allow myself to be happy now
- Under the nose – I am happy now
- Under the mouth – I allow myself to be happy now
- Collarbone – I am happy now
- Under the arm – I allow myself to be happy now
- Tap the wrists together – I am happy now
- Side of the hand – I am happy now
Quickfire Happiness EFT
If you’re short on time and want to give yourself a happiness boost, tap on each of the points and simply say “more happiness”

EFT Tapping Tips
I recommend daily tapping. Ideally, several times a day to really keep the energy flowing well, clearing any blocks and helping you to feel fantastic, even if just a quick round in the morning doing the quickfire EFT. The happiness tapping is perfect for daily tapping.
Get up and move around whilst you’re running through these scripts. I’ve kept them all really simple so no complicated scripts to remember.
Drink some water before and after doing your tapping to release help with your energy flow and remember to smile. Happy Tapping, Love Wendy xx
