Here’s a collection of affirmations to release judgement. Judgement from others feels horrible but as much as we don’t want to be judgemental, most of us are from time to time. And did you know that feeling judged and judging others creates a really low emotion?

When your emotions are low then you are much more likely to attract things you don’t want.

Also, if you are a very judgemental person, you are also likely to spend a lot of time worrying about what others think about you.

How to use these affirmations to release judgement

You can use these affirmations to release judgement at anytime but a particularly useful time to use them is when you notice judgemental thoughts or when you feel judged by others.

For example, if you feel judged, you can say the affirmations, I am enough, it’s okay to have different ideas from others, it’s okay to be different to others.

If you notice yourself judging others, you could repeat the affirmation, I accept this person just the way they are. I release all judgement of this person. I allow this person to be who they are.
