Emotional Freedom Techniques to release judgement of others and to release the feeling of being judged.
If you’re new to Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT tapping, check out my EFT – HOW TO TAP GUIDE.
Simple EFT tapping to release the feeling that you are being judged
For most of us, when we feel judged it’s not a good feeling. A very simple EFT session that you can use to release the feeling is to simply tap on the EFT points and either say “This feeling” or “feeling judged”
Tap on the following EFT points – Top of the head, forehead, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, collarbone, side of the hand.
Repeat until you feel the feeling ease and you feel more positive. If you’re out in public, you can do hand EFT which is more discreet.

EFT tapping script to release judgement of others
You can use this EFT script when you are judging others. When you judge others, you tend to lower your own vibrations (feel negative). So this EFT script will be helpful for allowing and accepting others.
- Set-up whilst tapping the side of your hand: I’m tapping today to release this judgement of others
- Top of the head: I just don’t seem to be able to stop judging people
- Forehead: I am always judging others
- Eyebrow: I choose to release these judgemental thoughts now
- Side of the eye: We’re all different
- Under the eye: I release this need to judge other people
- Under the nose: I choose now to accept others just as they are
- Under the mouth: I release these judgemental thoughts
- Collarbone: Whenever I notice judgemental thoughts I release them
- Side of the hand: I accept others just as they are.
Repeat several times and feel free to add your own words in. If you are judging a specific person then you can say “I accept (add their name) just as they are. I know we’re different and that’s okay”
