When you focus on gratitude you raise your vibrations (feel more positive). When you feel grateful, you naturally attract more to be grateful for. Today I want to share some powerful Daily gratitude EFT tapping exercises.

Gratitude EFT Tapping Session 1 – What are you most grateful for in your life?
In this EFT session, I want you to think about those things that are most important to you and that you’re grateful for.
For me, these are things like, my family, friends, my home, living in a lovely village with nice neighbours, my pets, success in my business, my income, my savings, good health… These are the things that you’re always grateful for.
Simply start tapping and say the things you’re grateful for at each tapping point. These are the EFT points to use:
- Side of the hand:
- Top of the head:
- Forehead:
- Eyebrow:
- Side of the eye:
- Under the eye:
- Under the nose:
- Under the mouth:
- Collarbone:
- Under the arm:

Repeat several times. Just keep focusing on what you’re grateful for and keep tapping. Really feel the gratitude as you tap. Here’s an example EFT gratitude script…
- Side of the hand: I’m so grateful for my wonderful family
- Top of the head: Especially my son
- Forehead: I’m so grateful for my home
- Eyebrow: My wonderful neighbours
- Side of the eye: And the lovely village I live in
- Under the eye: I’m so grateful for my fantastic friends
- Under the nose: I’m so grateful for success in my business
- Under the mouth: I’m so grateful for my income
- Collarbone: I’m grateful for my savings which are constantly increasing
- Under the arm: I’m so grateful for my good health…
Daily Gratitude EFT Tapping Session 2 – What are you grateful for today?
In this EFT session, I want you to focus on things you feel grateful for specific to today. So instead of saying I’m so grateful for my family, I might say something like… I’m so grateful that I got to speak to my son today and I’m so grateful that we have such a great relationship, I’m so grateful that I got to spend time with my sister this afternoon…
It’s a good idea to mentally run through your day and pick out all the things you’re grateful for. Here’s an example of my daily gratitude EFT focusing on today specifically.
- Side of the hand: I’m so grateful for the nice walk I had with my dog this morning
- Top of the head: I’m so grateful that my neighbours are so friendly
- Forehead: I’m so grateful for the money that has been paid into my business account overnight
- Eyebrow: I’m so grateful for a nice warm home on this chilly day
- Side of the eye: I’m so grateful that I’ve made more Etsy Sales
- Under the eye: I’m so grateful that I got to see my niece on her birthday
- Under the nose: I’m so grateful that I’m able to get my niece a lovely birthday present
- Under the mouth: I’m so grateful for the delicious meal my sister made for us
- Collarbone: I’m so grateful that my bins have been emptied today
- Under the arm: I’m so grateful that the sun came out for a bit whilst I was tidying the garden
Showing gratitude for the big things in life is important but we often don’t think about the small things. Paying attention to the small things to be grateful for is incredibly powerful. It helps to really build that feeling of gratitude.
When you feel grateful, you naturally attract more and more to be grateful for. So these daily EFT gratitude exercises are amazing.
