Affirmations are a powerful way to deliberately fill your mind with success thoughts that support you. Below I’ve listed 19 examples of effective affirmations for a success mindset.
If you really want to create a powerful success mindset, I encourage you to use these affirmations in the morning as part of your daily morning routine, as part of your evening routine, and fill your mind with them any time you can throughout the day. Tips to help you make the most of these success mindset affirmations
Affirmations are incredibly powerful and I want to share some tips to make them even more effective and help them become real for you.

Say your affirmations often (but don’t make them a chore)
I want you to keep filling your mind with affirmations that support you in creating a success mindset. For example, when you’re in the shower, traveling, walking down the street, relaxing, standing in a line at the shops…
Also, if you notice any thoughts that don’t support you, see if you can replace that thought with something more positive.
For example: If you catch yourself thinking “I can’t do that!” perhaps you could replace it with…
- I don’t know how to do this right now but I can find out
- There’s always a way to do things
- I can work this out
- I can get help
- I can do this!
One little note that I want to mention is this… Don’t make your affirmations a chore. Your affirmations should make you feel more positive.
Enjoy them. Play with them and imagine that each and every word is already true for you.

Have a clear vision of what success actually looks like for you
I feel this is so important for me to include in this post. When I was coaching people privately, I would often ask them this question “What does success mean to you personally?”
Almost everyone struggled to answer the question and had to go away and really think about it to give me the answer that really meant something to them.
My idea of success may well look very different from your idea of success. And society, media as a whole tends to have an image of success (this is usually very far from my version of success).
So, please take the time to create some sort of vision of what success means to you personally. Also, be aware that this might change over the course of your life and that’s totally normal.

Combine your affirmations with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a powerful technique that I find works incredibly well with affirmations.
