1. My business is a huge success
I love this affirmation and it’s the one that empowers me the most right now. I also used this affirmation in the early days of my business. It helps me a great deal to stay focused on what I want and helps me to believe that I deserve to have a business that is a huge success.

A great time to say this affirmation is when you are successful in your business. Let’s say that you’re trying to build your email list. This is something fairly basic in most businesses. Let’s say your goal is to add an extra 100 subscribers to your email list this month.
Each time you check in to see how many subscribers you have, you see the number has risen, when you say “My business is a huge success” it’s like saying THANK YOU UNIVERSE, this is what I want, give me more of this. Anchor any success in your business, no matter how small.
Try saying this affirmation out loud whilst looking at yourself in the mirror. If you feel any resistance, do some EFT – tapping in My business is a huge success.
2. My business allows me to have a life I love
I see so many people sacrificing the other areas of their lives for their business. Their health suffers, family life suffers, and they don’t make time for friends and do things they like outside of the business. This is never going to add up to real success and happiness.
When I was starting out as a life coach back in 2009, I was told (by another Life Coach) that If I wanted a successful business I had to sacrifice time with my young family. That was not an option for me, ever. And it was not true. Instead, I always keep my focus on creating a business that I love and that also allows me to have a life I love.
Always create a business that allows you to have the life you want.

P.S. If anyone tells you that you have to sacrifice your health or your family to achieve business success, run very quickly in the opposite direction. Or, you can smile and in your mind repeat, that’s not my truth.
3. Every day in every way my business gets better and better
This is probably the affirmation I use the most. This affirmation worked really well for me when I was in the very early days of my business but it’s also still super relevant now that my business is very established. I can always improve my skills, I can always improve my business in some way. I always want my business income to keep improving…
When I say this to the Universe, it feels like I’m saying, yes, thank you for everything that’s going well already and thank you for all the amazing things to come. This has always felt incredibly powerful for me. Give it a try yourself.

Combine your affirmations with EFT
Affirmations on their own are powerful and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) on its own is powerful – Put them together and then you’ve got a superpower combination that works wonders.
I strongly encourage you to combine your affirmations with EFT. When we do this, we release any resistance and subconsciously accept the affirmation. We raise our vibrations allowing ourselves to become a match for attracting what we want (the affirmation to be true.)

Be consistent
I recommend that you choose a few power affirmations that you’ll make your day-to-day mantras, Fill your mind with them.
Use them daily, combine them with EFT – Make them a part of who you are. Affirmations are not something you can say a few times and they become true.
Instead, think of it as dip feeding these messages into your subconscious mind and gradually you will accept this as your reality, all the time you’ll be sending out a powerful message to the Universe. When you do this you’ll become more and more of a match for your affirmations being real for you.
