This positive EFT script to love your body is a fantastic tapping session to do regularly, even daily.

In this script, we’re going to combine 4 affirmations with the EFT. This is a powerful combination – Read EFT and AFFIRMATIONS
Love your body affirmations
The affirmations we’re going to use in this positive EFT script are…
- I love and accept my body
- I love my body
- My body is amazing
- My body is totally unique and special
I encourage you to fill your mind with these affirmations throughout the day as well as when you do the EFT session.

EFT tapping to love your body script
- Set up – Tapping the side of the hand – I’m tapping today to completely love my body now and always
- Top of the head – I love and accept my body
- Forehead – I love my body
- Eyebrow – My body is amazing
- Side of the eye – My body is totally unique and special
- Under the eye – I love and accept my body
- Under the nose – I love my body
- Under the mouth – My body is amazing
- Collarbone – My body is totally unique and special
- Under the arm – I love and accept my body
- Side of the hand – I love my body
- Top of the head – My body is amazing
- Forehead – My body is totally unique and special
- Eyebrow – I love and accept my body
- Side of the eye – I love my body
- Under the eye – My body is amazing
- Under the nose – My body is totally unique and special
- Under the mouth – I love and accept my body
- Collarbone – I love my body
- Under the arm – My body is amazing
- Side of the hand – My body is totally unique and special
Repeat as many times as you want. I recommend running through this double round at least twice.
EFT in front of the mirror
Stand in front of a mirror, ideally a full-length mirror, and really look at your body. Notice any emotions, or beliefs that come up. Make a note of them.
I encourage you to tap on any negative emotions and beliefs that come up. For example, I hate my legs, I’m not attractive…
Now tap on anything you wrote down. This will release the emotion or belief. They no longer serve you, it’s time to let them go and love your body.
Then, still standing in front of the mirror, complete the positive tapping session we used earlier. This will help to create new, positive emotions and beliefs.
Top-to-toe love
This is another EFT tapping session that also works well in front of the mirror.
- Set up – Tapping the side of the hand – I love my body (repeat 3 times)
- Top of the head – I love my hair
- Forehead – I love my face
- Eyebrow – I love my neck
- Side of the eye – I love my shoulders
- Under the eye – I love my arms
- Under the nose – I love my hands
- Under the mouth – I love my chest
- Collarbone – I love my back
- Under the arm – I love my stomach
- Side of the hand – I love my bottom
- Top of the head – I love my legs
- Forehead – I love my feet
- Eyebrow – I love toes
- Side of the eye – I love my body from top to toe
- Under the eye – I love all of my body
- Under the nose – I love my body inside and out
- Under the mouth – I love and accept my body
- Collarbone – I love my body
- Under the arm – My body is amazing
- Side of the hand – My body is totally unique and special
This is such a lovely, loving, and powerful tapping exercise to help you love your body.
