I had a really bad night’s sleep last night, and I’ve been feeling fed up today and definitely finding it hard to get motivated to do very much. So, what’s needed? Yep, it’s an EFT script to tap out that fed up feeling. And because I’m not just happy to tap out that unwanted feeling, I’ll show you how to tap into feeling fantastic too.

My goal on this site is to give you plenty of ideas of how to use EFT in your own life and feeling more positive on a day when you’re feeling fed up is a great way to use EFT.
How to tap
It’s super easy. Using two fingers, gently tap on the following meridian points – Top of the head, forehead, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, collarbone, under the arm, side of the hand. (Please note that some EFT scripts will use slightly different points and that’s fine. It’s a personal preference).
Tap gently and with a nice steady rhythm. You can use either hand to tap and tap on either side.

Bonus tip: It’s a really good idea to have a drink of water and move around whilst tapping. Go through the scripts a couple of times whilst reading the post and then carry on moving around the room. This really helps with the energy flow.
Tap out that FED UP FEELIING
Set-up whilst tapping on the side of the hand: I’m tapping today to release this fed up felling. Repeat this statement 3 times.
- Top of the head – Feeling fed up
- Forehead – Feeling fed up
- Eyebrow – Feeling fed up
- Side of the eye – Feeling fed up
- Under the eye – Feeling fed up
- Under the nose – Feeling fed up
- Under the mouth – Feeling fed up
- Collarbone – Feeling fed up
- Under the arm – Feeling fed up
- Side of the hand – Feeling fed up
I recommend that you do 2-3 rounds on this to release that fed up feeling. By this time you’ll have really started to get the stuck energy flowing better. Then you can move on to POSITIVE EFT where you tap in the good stuff (the way you want to feel)
Tap in FEELING FANTASTIC
I love positive EFT and you can choose any feeling you want to tap in. I’ve chosen to feel fantastic.
I oersonally don’t tend to do a set-up for psoitive tapping but if you want to, tap the side of the hand and say I’m tapping now to feel fantastic (repeat 3 times).
- Top of the head – I feel fantastic
- Forehead – I feel fantastic
- Eyebrow – I feel fantastic
- Side of the eye – I feel fantastic
- Under the eye – I feel fantastic
- Under the nose – I feel fantastic
- Under the mouth – I feel fantastic
- Collarbone – I feel fantastic
- Under the arm – I feel fantastic
- Side of the hand – I feel fantastic
You can do this EFT round as many times as you want. It’s also a round I use regularly to give myself a real positivivity boost throughout the day.
Combining EFT with Affirmations
Combining EFT with affirmations is incredibly powerful. It helps you continue to release resistance and it really helps to raise your vibrations.

- I feel motivated
- I feel energized
- I feel super positive
Choose a better feeling. A great question to ask is “If I don’t want to feel like this (fed up), how do I want to feel. Today, for me that was I want to feel fantastic.
I’ve done my tapping and that’s exactly how I feel now. I did 4 rounds of the FEELING FED UP round and then I spent about 5 more minutes tapping in I feel fantastic whilst marching around my living room. It worked wonders.
